Udoka Victor is a seasoned military personnel and certified health, security, safety, and environment expert. He is also a trained fire and safety instructor with the Nigerian army school of supply and transport Ugbowo, Benin city. He holds a degree in accounting and a PGDE in criminology and security studies, he is also an affiliate member with the World Safety Organization USA (WSO # 024767). 

He has contributed to the training of over 800 soldiers in fire fighting and safety to which he was a Directing Staff (DS) to the fire and Safety Course 38/2019 to which he was saddled with the responsibility of training 74 soldiers in fire and safety. He was a guest speaker at the 2019 WSO Conf/awards. He is currently pursuing another degree in economics and statistics with the University of Benin, Benin city.
